What is Coxial Cable?
A coaxial cable is a cable consisting of an centered conductor (BC/TC/CCS) and surrounded by an PE insulation. It is usually with 2 layer of shieldings. One is with Al Foil shield, the other is with metal braiding wires. Then, it is covered with PVC or PE Jacket.
The centered conductor carries electronic signals. The insulation separates it from the wire mesh.
The twisted wire mesh acts as a mass and protects the core from electrical noise.
The core and mesh must be separated from each other.

Actually it is the short for "radio grade"
2.why the jacket would change from PVC to PE?
Because it will apply to different situation,PVC jacket is use for indoor ,however ,PE jacket is use for outdoor ,so it can water proof .
